I've have used Gerber Collision and Glass in Highland, IN on several occasions and each time they have done excellent work with great Professionalism and returned my vehicle in a timely manner. The customer service is outstanding. They made me feel like a valued customer. I will recommend this Repair facility to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired and returned like new!

All employees were very pleasant and very efficient. They didn't mind giving me a ride and picking me up to get the car after repairs since I had no other way and I do live very close by. They did a topnotch job. Only took 2 days even though they were very busy. When I called for updates they were very accomodating. The young man that picked me up was extremely respectful, polite and accomodating. Great experience

Excellent customer service & work! Kevin H. was outstanding. Not only did I get my front bumper fixed, he went the extra distance to help me on a couple other items (door jams, sun roof) that with his expertise was a "quick fix", but, something that was truly important to me. The entire staff is extremely pleasant and it's the only place we'll have our cars fixed or stop in for quick advice or recommendation. They are always accommodating and sincere. Thanks!

i came in to get an estimate on damage to my front end bumper. Tim gave me a written estimate he was courteous and profeesional and recognizing I did not have a way home he had One of the workers named Mark drive me back to my home since I did not use a rental car. Mark was very pleasant and a gentleman. I was pleasantly surprised that my car was ready so soon and aside from a new bumper my car was shiny and clean. Would gladly recommend Gerber in Munster, IN
