My car looks absolutely fantastic. It looks better than when I first purchased it! I've literally only written a few reviews in my entire life, but the work that was done on my vehicle was so excellent I couldn't just not write anything! I had to be patient and wait for three weeks to get my car in the shop but it was well worth the wait! Extremely great job guys! Thank you!

The receptionist and workers did an exceptional job of getting my vehicle in and out in a timely manner. They even arranged a quick tow when my insurance company said it would take a couple more days. The work done on my vehicle looks great and everyone was very cordial and polite. Great job everyone!

I had a minor accident on February and because I was happy with the service II came back again this time with no hesitation. The service I have received is EXCELLENT in all standards. I was going through some rough time in school and also some family issues, in addition to being by my self here in town. The team in your shop (especially NANCY) assured me that I should focus in solving what I do have and they would take care of my car, which they did excellently. Thanks to them for being awesome.

This is the second time I have used Gerber- Muncie. The first time a teenager ran a red light and took out my front end Considering the amount of damaged I was amazed at the final results. Employees are very helpful and work in a professional manner.Always excellent service, from car repair to car rental. I received updates on the progress which is stellar. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
