Michael R. could not have been any more helpful. From the moment we arrived with our car on the tow truck to this past Saturday when we took delivery of our repaired automobile he did every thing he could to keep us informed. He never failed to return my calls and went out of his way to help with the insurance company and car rental agency. I would also like to commend Sharon for her help on several occasions during this process.

I was really impressed out how good my car looked when I picked it up!! I wasn't expecting anything to go wrong, but I guess you can say that the work and friendliness of the employees exceeded my expectations!!. I will most definitely recommend them as well as have some other work done there. Great employees amazing work. Shows true skill and craftsmanship. Thanks to everyone there!!! You guys rock.

Excellent customer service totally explained the process and the steps that it would take to complete the project they finished in very short amount of time provided excellent rental service and last but not least did a excellent repair that I was very satisfied with. I was glad I choose Gerber instead of the other choices that the insurance company gave me job well done guys thanks another satisfied customer.

I have never used your service before but I was impressed as soon as I walked into your office area at your portage IN location I felt very comfortable talking to your location manager Joseph B. he was very pleasant to talk with and took care of me with my estimate for my car .All the employees at the portage location were very very Pleasant and my car was done and ready as promised I will be taking my car there in the further for any other repairs that may be needed in the further and will refer your portage location to friends and family . Im sure all your locations are the same way with plenty of respect for the customer . Thank you very much

Gerber in Highland is by far one of the best places I could choose to take my car in for repairs of damage. I've had the unfortunate luck of needing repair three different times within the past year (none being my fault, I might add), and all three times I've chosen Gerber in Highland to work their magic in repairing my beloved car. My car is my baby, as I'm sure many would say about their car, and the employees at Gerber seemed to understand that as they were ever understanding and informative for the entire process. Danielle was fantastic as she had the best answers for literally every question I had (I had a lot of insurance and rental questions). Speaking of rentals, Danielle was also fantastic in hooking up my rental car for me, which was more than I could ask for. Kyle was great in explaining the costs in my estimates as I'm kind of ... geeky over how and why things need to be done, especially when it concerns my car. And Rick! Rick is superb! While he wasn't busy making some Arnold Palmer drinks in his slippers, he was great in being informative about the entire process and great in keeping guests happy and thoroughly entertained, haha! I did't get the chance to meet and thank the technicians who made the magic happen behind the scenes, but I'm very pleased with the work done, and as a result, I will keep Gerber's number in my phone for possible future use. Altogether, I absolutely love the people and the service at Gerber in Highland, and you can count on me to be a personal marketer for Gerber as I promise I rave about Gerber and their service every day. read more
