Amazingly positive experience all the way around. Rudy was kind and polite and provided two estimates. Martin was pleasant and helpful from the front desk. Communication on progress came daily by text or call. The body shop guys did a stellar job. And the car was returned in pristine condition inside and out, almost like it had been detailed. Five stars for people and product. Excellent!

I stopped in to get an estimate. Robert W was the estimator on duty. He quickly recognized that I had just hit the tire of the car next to me. He used some solvent to quickly clean it up and instructed me on how to best use my touch-up paint to finish the job. Thank you so much, Robert! Best, Melanie
