Professional, helpful and friendly Gerber Collision service in Des Plaines, Il took care of all formalities related to the repair of my car, insurance as well as car rental. I was informed on an ongoing basis about the progress and costs of repairing my car and although it turned out that additional repairs were necessary, the car was ready for pick up on time. The service staff, with their commitment and kindness, made this hard time a pleasant experience for me. THANKS GUYS!!! I am glad that I chose this Gerber Collision location (especially appreciate the help of a gentleman Brad H with whom I was in constant contact) and I can recommend them to everyone.

Great customer service and very helpful with rental car issues. They made this major hassle almost painless. Work was done promptly and as promised and was top quality. They even did some touch up work on my bumper that was not part of my claim! I also really appreciated that they not only washed my car's exterior, but they also cleaned and vacuumed the interior! I was treated with kindness and respect in general, which is something one no longer experiences with businesses very often.

The collision occurred 3 hours from my home. When they saw where I lived the original Bloomington, IL. Center arranged for the car to be transported to Pekin which was an hour closer to where we live. Randy from Pekin coordinated everything from there and was responsive and professional throughout the process. A very minor glitch with the remote controls for passenger window and mirror was noticed on the way home. I talked with Kenny G. in Pekin when I stopped for gas and we agreed I was too far to bring it back. He arranged for the Gerber Collision Center in Freeport, Il. close to my home to contact me. They had already left a message by the time I got back. Took the car in the next morning, they took me right away and fixed it in 20 minutes. Just some wires pinched behind the door panel.
