The best service I've ever experienced at a collision repair shop. Chris was great and coordinated everything with insurance and the rental company making it carefree for me. The repairs were done in 24 hours and they washed/vacuumed it for me as well!

I am very happy with the service that I recieved from Gerber Collision. The manager was very helpful in negotiating a flat rate for my estimate since I had to pay out of pocket. All the staff were very friendly and polite. They ended up having to keep my car longer than expected because of a delay in parts, but they accommodated me with a rental that I did not have to pay for. When I picked my car up it looked just like it did when I first bought it! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a decent auto body repair shop. They are the best!

I could not be more pleased with the repair and with the care and consideration that my car and I were treated with. I just picked up my car today. I think Gerber did an excellent job on the repair. They also: patched the crack in the unrelated front bumper with zip ties, vacuumed the car, washed the car, ALL were extremely pleasant throughout, Chrystal called Enterprise for me when I left the garage opener in the rental, Ben made an extra call out of concern for the clutch (it was turned out to be fine, that's the way is has worked for years) and while I didn't wasn't happy that my car was mildly t-boned by someone not looking, I could not be happier with my experience at Gerber in Glenview.
