I just wanted to thank you so much for helping me out with my car and its problems! Bobby Lee has been nothing but amazing and accomodating. Rick also did a great job fixing my car. It is always such a pleasure bringing my car in when it needs repairs. You all are nothing but honest and loyal and I appreciate that so much. My car actually has one more problem that Bobby told me to call him with if it happened again and when I called him today he got right on the problem and said it would be fixed tomorrow while I am at work so that I am not out anymore time without my car. I have recommended many people to you all and I have all of the confidence in the world that you all treat them the same way you treat me. I just wanted to thank you again for being so accomodating and helpful with getting my car fixed.

I was so surprised. I never had as excellent service in any business in Chicago, Ihad had here. from getting a rental to the finished product, my van. the customer service was excellent. Dan, who handled my insurance case, was so wonderful and helpful in everyway.

Gerber is the best for auto body repairs. I have had several vehicles repaired by Gerber over the last 10+ years, most recently my 2000 Miata. The passenger-side mirror needed to be replaced. Tom Mazzone looked the vehicle over and gave me an estimate far lower than I had expected. On the day I brought the car in, the work was completed flawlessly in a mere two hours! The car looked brand new! In addition, Jennifer at the front desk was quite efficient and knew her stuff! What a multi-tasker she is! Was very pleased and will recommend Gerber to anyone who needs body work on their cars.

The team at Gerber were friendly, knowledgeable, open and honest. They made me feel at ease and took care of all payment information with the insurance carrier directly, I only had to drop of my car and pick it up! It was hassle free and completed a week ahead of schedule. I love the lifetime guarantee for the repairs, the car looks as good as it did when I drove it off the lot!

"While my son was on Vacation, I moved his car so the leaves would not fall on the car. While I was backing up slowly, I backed into the license plate of the car in back of me and it made two holes in the bumper from the license plate screws. Of course, I knew where to get the car repaired. "Gerber". If there is a problem with any of our cars for body work - this is the place we go. Their repair work is guaranteed and outstanding. Since I paid for the repair out of my own pocket, Michael Burke told me about the $100.00 coupon -- when I asked if there was any discount."

Impressed with his professional work, i brought the car into Gerber for repair. Through the time that the car was being serviced, Michael was very responsive and gave me frequent updates. Vandal busted a window in my Toyota and removed the speedometer, etc. from my dashboard. Great repair job by GERBER at the Skokie Blvd. location in Skokie, Ilinois. David Martinez did a great job. Also, years ago my brother was head buyer for The Metropolitan San. Distr. & GERBER did a great job with their cars.

This was a great experience. The people in Elgin are efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The repair work was excellent, they kept me advised as to progress, and in the end it was done earlier than promised. Patrick Ciszek and Rich Piegza are a pleasure to deal with. I will surely recommend Gerber Collision and glass to friends and neighbors.
