Sam was extremely helpful throughout the process, calling to let me know the status of my repair several days before it was due to be completed. When I arrived to pick up my car, there was an unexpected delay. Sam did everything he could to speed the process along, and also went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and happy, making me fresh coffee and offering a variety of options to deal with the delay in the way that was most convenient for me. Thanks!!

Jim Heitzman was outstanding! He walked me through the whole collision repair process. He also was able to work with the insurance company and get them to pay for the repairs. Thank you for the wonderful work and customer service! I will only use your company in the future, and will recommend you to everyone I know.

My repair was handled with excellent customer service from start to finish. Jennifer & Scott were a pleasure to deal with. I'm not looking forward to another accident, but in the event it's ever necessary I'll not think twice about having the repair done at Gerber! Please keep up the good work!
