Very Good service, relatively prompt attention and good responsiveness. Work was done well and completed on time, with added exterior car wash as a bonus. Only issue was receptionist on the phone was unable to identify my name and seemed rather clueless when I called. However, Raul and the receptionist I met in person onsite were friendly, efficient, and professional. Also convenient to have rental car agency on site.

David Martinez took very good care of me answered all my questions. When I left something in the car had it at the desk when I came to pick it up. Also helped me to transfer all my things to the rental. When I picked up my car he washed it as had a little dust on.

After bumper repair, my car, picked up 10/6/10, looked brand new, like it was 11 months ago when I bought it. The dealer said the paint was matched perfectly. Will Teeple, my adjuster, was very nice and helpful, keeping me informed as to the repair progress.

Will went out of his way to meet me early in the morning to drop off my car, kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle, and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything needed. Tim Dulin was extremely helpful and patient throughout the time my car was in the shop. I had a tough time with the insurance company of the person who hit my car and he was great with helping me stay on top of everything with them and keeping my updated with the status of my car etc. I would definitely said my friends Tim's way if they needed their car worked on. The State Farm claim clients are lucky to work with him!

They provided effective services, such as checked my car for damage, called the insurance for re-appraisal, order parts in time, kept updating the progress by calling and informed me to pick up car as they promised. Most importantly, they fixed my car as new. I am very satisfied and will recommend to my friends.
