My car was repaired very well and on the schedule laided out for me. Between the time of the estimate and when the repair was done, I had a family medical emergency for which Gerber was very understanding and offered well wishes for my family member. (and even asked about him when I picked up my car). The estimator was very kind and when he realized I did not have rental insurance - he directed me to the Gerber site which helped pay for a rental car. This was very much appreciated. Staff very kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks for a great job!

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. JAMES HEITZMAN WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE EXHIBITED GREAT KNOWLEDGE OF THIS JOB AND WASN'T AFRAID TO GET CLOTHES DIRTY TO DO AN COMPLETE INSPECTION WHEN I CAME INTO THE SHOP. HE OFFERED HIS ASSISTANCE IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. I REALLY APPRECIATED EVERYTHING HE DID FOR ME. HE'S TOP NOTCH!

Raul Rodriguez called me within an hour of my estimate start time and gave me a total and a date to pick up. He also let me know that he would call me 2 times during the week before my pick up. 2 days before my scheduled pickup date, he called me back and let me know my car was ready early and the price was exactly what he had estimated. The car is perfect.

I brought my car in to be buffed on the hood as drippings from our condo garage had damaged it. The location had been owned by someone for a long time who retired and sold his business to Gerber. When I brought it in the manager was friendly and charged me nothing for the buff job. The car looks great. I will be back again and tell my friends that the new owner is as good as the guy we all had gone to for years
