Raul Rodriguez was very concerned about taking good care of my car, for that I am greatly appreciative. God forbid if I ever need future repairs but if so I will definitely ask for Raul so that my vehicle can be taken care of like it was his own. The receptionist was also very helpful.

Despite confusion over discounts, and, delays in repairs, the repair of car was very good. Cannot tell what was originally damaged, the replaced parts, repair, and, paint were blended beautifully.

Unfortunately, I have had more than one occasion to have Gerber repairs on my two vehicles over the last 3 years...;twice on my Lexus and twice on my Honda. The repairs were outstandingly performed! Color matching was perfect even thought the Lexus is 16 years old! The courtesy, personal attention, and concern by the staff gave me confidence that the work would be excellent...and it was!

My car was stolen and had to be repaired. Gerber worked closely with my insurance company and my car was returned in excellent condition. The Gerber staff was very helpful.

"The team at Gerber Collision-Buffalo Grove, IL is a great example of "Excellence in Customer Service" The receptionists at the front desk are kind and friendly and make sure that you are greeted and waited on the minute you walk through the door. The adjusters (especially Jim) are kind, patient and thorough when going over the damages of your vehicle and making sure that you understand everything that will occur before you leave the facility. Even the service managers and technicians make themselves available to you to explain any complications to your repairs. My particular repair was supposed to be quick, the auto manufacturer sent the wrong part and both Jim my adjuster and the repair manager came to let me know what happened, apologized for the mistake, asked me what course of action I wanted to take, then proceeded ... read more

Had the pleasure of having my windshield replaced at your Lake st. Elmhurst, IL. location yesterday. I just have to say from the girl that set up appt. to Mike and Matt in the Glass and Collision dept. All work performed quickly with quality and even went extra mile to repair small paint problem on my car's 1/4 panel. Thanks Gerber and special thanks to Mike and Matt.

My direct contact @ Gerber was Scott Bavol. He was very attentive and to my surprise kept me updated on a regular basis! I never had to chase information down! He scheduled a call every Tues and Thursday and kept me updated on the repair processes. Every employee I came in contact with was very professional. The shop was extremely clean and customer friendly. They treated me and my car as if I was in a hospital with family awaiting recovery.

I recently had my car vandalized. The back passenger window was smashed and there was glass all over in my car. I brought my car in and was very pleased by the service. The car was fixed and cleaned. My estimator David Martinez was very friendly and helpful during the process. Excellent customer service.
