I have unfortunately needed your services more than once. Chris and the Halstad Street store in Chicago is excellent. Chris is efficient, and makes you feel relaxed when dealing with a tense problem. He is courteous and always working. Although I hope I will not have to deal with Gerber in the near future, I would not hesitate to come back and work on a problem with Chris.

"Let me start by saying it was nothing like any other BODY SHOPS I've been in. I've never seen a car repair shop so clean and organized and it didn't have that "body shop smell". From the first person that greeted me to the person that delivered my car, everyone was professional, courteous. I brought in my 2001 ML320 for accident repairs and I was more than happy with the job. You guys are awesome!!!. The one thing that blew my mind was that I accidentally dropped $50 on the side of the drivers side seat and to my surprise, the money was given back to me upon me picking up my car. Thanks to the honest and knowledgeable people at Gerber. I am forever grateful!!!!

I've had my car serviced at Gerber on three occasions now, each time has been a great experience, thank you. I'd especially like to thank Chris at the North Halsted location for doing a great job managing my repairs and keeping me up to date. Lauren was also very helpful at the front desk. From the moment I was rear ended, I knew Gerber would take care of my problem. I have used Gerber for the past five years, not a bad driver just unlucky. Raul Rodriguez dId an outstanding job from the moment I took the car to Gerber, keep me informed on the status of the repairs, he surprised me when i picked up the car, The car looked new . Raul did a great job along with all the Gerber people at the Halsted.

I was very pleased with both the work and the service I received today at the Gerber location at 3425 North Halsted Street. Although mine was a minor repair, Mr. Sam Rihani, the advisor who set up the repair for me was both personable and professional. The work (a replacement of a small rear body part on my 2007 model Toyota Corolla) was performed very well and with dispatch. The repair is undetectable even under close scrutiny,and the car was returned buffed and washed. I should certainly recommend your service to others in need of repairs.

I went to the Gerber Collision in Chicago and had a fantastic service experience. Unfortunately, I think we are all becoming accustomed to poor service recently, and Gerber not only met, but exceeded my expectations. They made everything so easy for me to get some major repairs completed and even checked in along the way while they had my car. GREAT communication, service and the work was very well done as well!

I am writing to commend Jame Heitzman for the outstanding job he didn in repairing damage done to my car. After my car was struck by a hit and run driver, I was upset by not only the damage, but the fact that my insurance would have to pay for everything. James calmly walked me through what could be done to restore my car to its state before the accident, and did so in such a short time that I got my car back in just a couple of days. Furthermore, he went out of his way to advise me on whether to file a claim, which was not needed since the cost of repairs was almost equal to the deductible. Overall, I am very happy with the work James did, and truly feel like a valued customer, and not like someone who had to fend for herself after an accident.
