Our most recent experience here at Gerber was excellent which, as return customers, we've come to expect. We were particularly impressed with the customer service provided by David Martinez. He told us when we first came in that he would give us updates twice a week WHICH HE DID! He also made himself available for questions or concerns we had at any time throughout the repair process. Thank you Gerber and David for making this difficult time of our automobile accident as easy to get through as possible.

"As a harried Mom of 4 I really rely on my Honda Odessy and all of the "perks" that come along with driving it. Recently, on a busy day I was backing out of my garage and I didn't realize that my son had opened the side door. I hit the sealing rubber on the side of my garage with my door and it caused my door to not close automatically. You never know how much you miss something until it's gone. I had to wait while it shut so I could slam it all while holding my 3 month olds heavy carrier. I called my dealer and they said it was something they couldn't do. I took it finally to Gerber and was there only about 20 minutes and it was fixed! To top it off they did it at no charge AND even buffed out a scratch! They were awesome and I would recommend them to any and everyone!"

I needed to change out my license plate and one of the screws was very rusted and completely stuck. I was able to walk in without an appointment and have it fixed in about 15 minutes, free of charge (Thanks Sam Rihani!). I was amazed at the speed of service and the friendliness of the staff. I will definitely go there again if I have another car problem, and I will highly recommend them to family and friends.
