I was very impressed with the quality of the work done on my car, but perhaps the most impressive thing about my experience with Gerber was the courtesy of all the employees I came into contact with. Laura at the front desk is a jewel!

The estimator I worked with (David Martinez) was very thorough and explained everything very well.

I have used Gerber 3 or 4 times over the last 6 years, mostly for minor collision repairs. Each experience has exceeded my expectations. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and deliver what they promise. In a world where good customer service has become rare, Gerber has maintained a winning formula.

It took 2 months for the insurance companies to decide what to do with my repair. The entire experience has been a total headache. My interactions with Will Teeple at Gerber has been the only bright spot. The speed with which Will and others at Gerber returned my calls and answered my questions has been awesome. I would happily do business at Gerber in the future!

Jim handled the repair on both our cars. He was amazing: courteous, attentive and extremely helpful. Both cars were done one time and to our satisfaction.

Rob and his team at the Evanston, Il. location were great. They were friendly and efficent. The bumper that was order for the repair work, came in and was flawed. A second bumper was ordered, painted and installed. And I got a car wash to boot!!

"I received by far the best service I have ever received at a collision repair center in dealing with Gerber. I originally chose Gerber to do the work due to their sponsorship of the Chicago Blackhawks, figuring that one world class organization would only do business with another of the same type and standards. I was not disappointed, Gerber is the "Stanley Cup Champion" of collision repair. Everyone from Bill the General Manager to the girls in the office were professional and helpful at all times, and the work on my car was completed flawlessly and in a very timely fashion. They handled everything from dealing with the insurance company, to arranging for a rental car with pure professionalism. I cannot recommend them highly enough, their service from start to finish was definitely WORLD CLASS."
