Finding a body shop that does great work with real customer service is indeed hard to find. I wanted you to know about the excellent service received at Gerber Collision and Glass at 7902 Forest Hills Road in Loves Park, IL. Chris Cilella was spot on in his estimate. Both are cars were involved. I was concerned about the color matching because both cars have hard to match colors. I was indeed surprised to see great craftsmanship. Keep the email address below. Sayra Rodriguez handled the paperwork in a very friendly and efficient manner. I was very pleased with my experience at the 3425 N. Halsted location.

I was first acquainted with Gerber service and quality in 2004 following an unfortunate accident, and again recently after another accident. I have been consistently pleased and impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, quality and efficiency of service. I feel like I am driving a new car! I have recommended Gerber to many friends and colleagues, and wouldn't even consider another collision center. Gerber also worked very efficiently with my insurance and had rental easily available. Gerber really alleviated a lot of stress. Thanks for the excellent work on my car repairs!

My car looks perfect again! Gerber Halsted did it again. I dropped it off in their convenient parking lot on a Sunday and used the drop box. They called Monday to confirm that they had started the work and confirmed it would be ready on Friday. My BMW looks great again. and even though I got stuck in traffic, Raol stayed open and waited for me to pick up the car. I'm really happy with Gerber and would recommend you without hesitation.

Body work repairs was done early, people there were very friendly, and the called me with updates on my vehicle every other day. They did a great job and offered competitive prices. My car looks so gosh darn good now that I'm scared to drive it for fear I ruin their perfect work.

Just went to your place on Green Bay Rd. Phenomenal Service! Not only did Rob manage to calm me down and stop my tears, he followed me back to Gerber in case my bumper fell off again! My car now looks great - it hasn't been this clean since I bought it!

All accidents are painful and stressful. Chris Freihault took the sting out of my 3K repair and made me feel good about the 9 day repair job. He welcomed me upon my arrival with the tow truck and kept me informed as additional issues were discovered. When my S430 Mercedes-Benz was returned to me I thought I was getting into a brand new car. Thank You Gerber and your entire Team.
