I wanted to pass on a comment from our VP of Finance Mike Tuvell. Mike's wife had a fender bender and inquired where he should take his wife's car for repair, since he lives in Glenview I told him he had to take it to Gerber in Glenview. Mike informed me that he was very impressed with the repair and service from the Glenview location, the car look like new and the service he received was excellent.

I wanted to take this belated opportunity to thank you for having Tony Ashmore providing service to me last summer. I was extremely pleassed in the manner in which I was treated throughout my experience at Gerber. In every aspect of my time at Gerber, I felt that Tony went the extra mile to be sure I was being taken care of. I actually felt that he was acting as MY advocate rather than Gerber's and felt that he had my best interest as heart throughout the process. If you will look back, you will see that my repair was several months ago. To give you an idea of how I have never forgotten this, I would refer you to that repair date. His quality of care stuck with me throughout that time and I could not avoid commenting, even at this late date. I would not hesitate to recommend him and if I need repairs in the future, will seek him out ... before anyone else. read more

Very nice people both at the Glenview (on Lehigh) and Skokie sites. My car initially was towed to Glenview (accident happened in Glenview), then...due to Glenview site being so busy...I was asked if my car could be towed to Skokie. Fine with me since I live in Morton Grove. Dave is a good worker and nice guy (Skokie).

To the good fold at Gerber in Aurora, Illinois. I wanted to say thank you for all of your help in restoring my 2010 Chevrolet HHR to original condition. After an accident, the thing you need most is your car restores and these folks in this location are experts. I highly recommend that anyone shopping for repairs need not think twice to have Gerber do the repairs. You will not be dissapointed.

This is the third time I have needed the services offered by Gerber Collision & Glass. Each time I have been there, customer service is excellent, the estimator (this time Sam) has always kept me well informed of the status of my repair. The repairs to my car always exceed my expectations. I have had other experiences with auto body shops and they pale in comparison. I have never had to return my car because of poor quality work. I am completely satisfied with the work that was completed on my car.

Andi and John at the Gerber at this location have been tremendous in getting our Chevy Tahoe repaired each time we had it in. And let me tell you, it's been at least 4 times in less than 6 months. Staff was extremely courteous and helpfull and has always delivered when promised. Even had an instance of having to have the back of the mirror re-painted and it was done at no charge to make sure there was complete satisfaction. Would completely recommend this location to anyone and will continue to return. And yes, the truck is currently in the shop for some additional work (car vs garage) and you guessed it, the garage won. We made a suggestion as to a frequent punch card for returning customers-such as- get 5 repairs get one free or discount or ???? Again, Great experience and long term customer! Thanks again!

I was referred to Gerber Collision by my insurance company after a dumpster rolled away in a wind storm a hit my parked Jeep. I took my vehicle in and received very friendly service from the front desk clerk. She gave me an estimated time of two days and the vehicle was done within that time. The repairs were excellent and I or my father (a former car painter and body man) can not even tell were the damage was.
