I have taken my car to Gerber twice for collision repairs. Each time I have received excellent service, and at a cost that happily surprised me. I would never take my car anyplace else for collision or glass repair

Everybody was great. They picked me up. I was schedule to pick up for 2 weeks they got it done earlier. Service was Great! I knew how my vehicle was doing they called me to inform me every Tuesday & Thursday.

Service was excellent! Estimate was well explained so we knew what was going to done on the van. David gave good tips to take care of the vehicle after the repairs. Van looks good as new! I really appreciated the updates it helped plan my day out. Nobody has ever kept us updated like David and Gerber. I will recommend everyone who needs collision work.

I WAS VERY PLEASED TO HAVE MY NEW MURANO BACK TO BEING "NEW" IT REALLY LOOKS GREAT. WE HAVE USED GERBER AT LEAST 4 TIMES THAT I REMEMBER RIGHT NOW AND WE HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPPOINTED. THANKS AGAIN.

My car had gotten damaged on the entire left side and my insurance company recommended Gerber Collision Center on Halsted. Very courteous and professional-looking office from the start. Estimate was given and approximate completion time right away. Everyone involved extremely professional and efficient. Work looks excellent, side door looks like new, and paint color is matched perfectly. To say the least- You just don’t find service like this anymore. People who are working there are true professionals (special thanks to Sam Rihani) making a stressful situation into a much easier experience treating every customer that came in with top quality personal attention. Hi, I had a service on 11/19/2010 with the vehicle Red Kia Sportage. Every employee there was very professional. Excellent Service. The atmosphere at the body shop was very friendly compared to other body shops. Especially, the general manager was very helpful. I would recomment other friends to this shop. Thank You Very Much, I was very satisfied.

I am extremely happy with the work that Gerber Collision in Schaumburg has done. Tom Mazzone is very efficient and I respected that he called to give me updates on my car while it was in for repairs. Also, the girl at the front desk, Jennifer was also very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing when it came to helping me & my poor car. Estimate was processed and thoroughly explained to me by service representative David Martinez. He also made arrangements for the repairs and a rental car to use while the work was being done. David called to report of progress of the repairs two days later and give a tentative time for completion. Two days later he called to say the repairs were done and informed me that I could leave the rental car at Gerber when I picked up our Honda Pilot. When I came in for our car, David met me and went over the repairs. The service at all levels from the receptionist to the relationship with our insurance company was excellent.
