I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from Rick Koestner's team at Gerber. I happened upon this particular shop a couple years ago because it is a preferred provider for my insurance company, USAA. Since then, I have had two occasions to need repairs, and both times I didn't think twice about bringing my cars to Rick. In fact, I referred a neighbor several months ago, and he was also delighted with the service. I hope I don't ever need collision repairs again, but if I do I will have them performed here.

I was a little hesitant about having our car repaired by a company selected by my insurance company thinking the insurance company would select someone who would do cheap work and the minimal amount of work to save the insurance company money. So I got an estimate from another body repair shop first. They told me things to watch for...shortcuts the insurance company's repair shop might overlook or try to do skimp on. I was pleased that Gerber identified the same parts for repair in their estimate, right down to some minor things. So I had Gerber do the work.

I brought my truck in after being recommended by USAA. When I got there the adjuster, Sam Delegge, was verry nice and professional. He took a good hard look at my truck and listened to what I had to say. When he came back with the estimate, he took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. A couple weeks later when I brought the truck in for repair, I was told that it would be 5 days, but thanks to Matt and the guys in the shop that worked on my truck it was ready to be picked up 3 days later. The work that they did is verry nice, and I'm verry satisfied with the service I recived. Thanks again to Matt and anybody else who worked on my truck.

Tony Ashmore could not of been more professional and helpful when fixing my car. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions completely. Gerber Collision was very helpful and fast. I had my car within a few days and it looked great! They also cleaned it so it looked as good as new. Whenever I called with questions they were very helpful and friendly! I would refer them to a friend.

I have had many jobs performed by Gerber and have always left very happy. On my most recent experience I had a minor problem and they went out of their way to fix the problem. They do excellent work and I will continue to give Gerber my business in the future.

The repair at Gerber was completed on time as promised and the results were excellent. The body paint match was so perfect that my examination in the bright sunlight did not show any difference either in color. tone or brilliance. I would definitely recommend Gerber for car repair work.

It was a pleasure to work with David Martinez. He was courteous but more than that he was friendly and caring. He called for permission to order another part when additional damage was discovered. He took the time to explain the repairs and answer all of our questions.

Sam did a great job and all of the people who worked at the check-in/payment desk were especially friendly and helpful. The work done to my car was perfect. I received excellent service at Gerber and my car looks great. I had heard good things about Gerber, but never had the opportunity to use them before. Chris, Ida and Lauren were very friendly, professional and just great! Chris was great with updates on my car. Valynn who set everything up was also great. What is also wonderful is that Enterprise has a desk there so car rental can be taken care of there as well.
