I HAD WONDERFUL SERVICE AT GERBER. I APRECIATED THAT THEY TOOK ME HOME AND BROUGHT ME BACK WHEN MY CAR WAS READY! DAVID WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. AT FIRST I WASN'T SURE I WANTED TO GET THIS FIX BECAUSE OF MY FINANCIAL PROBLEMS I HAVE AT THE MOMENT,BUT HE TOOK OFF 100 FROM THE ESTIMATE!

My car was repaired faster than I expected, they did and touched up more than what was contracted for, making the car look even better, and they also looked into another minor problem I had. They fixed this problem for FREE which the dealership wanted to charge me $229. This is the best repair shop with whom I have ever have ever dealt. I cannot speak for all Gerber Collision shops, but the shop on 8250 Skokie Blvd in Skokie, Illinois is GOOD!

They fixed what they could then we had to wait 10 days to get additional parts from Saab. I must admit the customer service by all involved surpassed my expectations. They even fixed a few extra items. The management went out of their way to be sure I was satisfied.

Danny Contreras took very good care of me. He was in constant communication with me to let me know what was happening with my car, he personally made arrangements for my rental car and even helped me transfer my belongings back to my car when the repairs were complete. Danny made what is usually a stressful situation much easier. I would definitely recommend Gerber and Danny to others.
