"Your Schaumburg, Illinois location did a great job on fixing my wife's car when she slid on ice and damaged the front end. Estimator Scott Bavol had the car done in 3 days. Receptionist "Jennifer" was courteous and very helpful in the ministration. She even helped us secure a rent=a-car thru your coupon advertisement. Car in 12/13 and out 12/15/2010. Repair service was perfect, I couldn't have asked for a better quality job for repair. The customer service was great, the rep, Jim Heitzman that I worked with was excellent. I personally was really stressed because the damage done to my car wasn't my fault and the person at fault's insurance company wouldn't pay to repair my car at Gerber, and only at some second rate body shop that I've never heard of. So I went through my own insurance company to get it repaired just to get it repaired at Gerber and I'm glad I did because my car looks great now and working with Jim, relieved a lot of stress, just knowing my car was getting repaired the way it supposed to be and not by some body shop I never heard of.

Sam Rihani could not have been more thorough and professional in the service he provided in getting the collision work done on my Chevy Malibu. I picked it up today and it looks like a million bucks! He was also incredibly attentive as to keeping me informed of the progress of the work and making sure it got done right and in a timely manner. Getting your car fixed after an accident is never a happy occasion, but he made the whole experience as painless as possible. Thank you again, Sam for treating me so well.

David Martinez is the perfect customer service professional. He was very thorough, and took incredible care. The overall service has been top notch, and would recommend Skokie Gerber to anyone. My truck looks like a million bucks, and you would never know that it had been in an accident. I had an issue after I drove the vehicle home, and they had me bring it right in to take care of it. David Martinez will forever be my go to guy for auto repair.....

The people at Gerber are outstanding! Every single person I had contact with was professional and genuine. It is rare to find this level of customer service. The workmanship is excellent. I was told my car would be ready on 12/23 and was pleasantly surprised to find out it was ready on 12/17. I had only brought it in a few days earlier. Amazing! I would never take my car anywhere but Gerber. They are the best!!!

John Siggerud, General Manager & Andi Molina, Estimator, are absolutely wonderful to work with & listened to my requests for repairs. The quality of their work is top notch & the entire experience was done in a very professional manner. The work was completed promptly & I had my car back that same day so I was spared the inconvenience of not having a car to drive. This is the second time I have gone to Gerber & have told friends how great they are to work with when repairs are needed. I definitely would return if necessary. I only have good things to say about the manager, estimator, & the repairman.
