I got in a little fender bender before Christmas and my State Farm rep recommended me to Gerber and that was the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Chris Freihaut was my service rep and he did and absolute wonderful job! He let me know the estimate right away and was very thorough explaining how the process works. Chris was very professional and aware that his first priority was getting my car back to me as soon as possible. Gerber didn't let me down. When I received my car the body work done looked amazing. I would 100% take my car back to Gerber. Thanks again.

Unfortunately, its been a bad year for us with cars. This was our third trip to Gerber this year. Raul has taken care of us each time. He does a great job of explaining the repair process, dealing with the insurance company, keeping us informed. Things are finished up when they are promised and always to our satisfaction. He also helped us secure a rental car.

My experience with Gerber was excellent. The estimate process was easy, and they even allowed me to stay in the car (with my three small children) while the estimate was done. The repair work was also high quality, and everyone I dealt with was very professional.

I was treated with respect and honesty- a nice change from other providers in the auto repair industry. Repairs were done quickly and car looks great now! The general manager actually came out to my car to show me what was fixed and answer any questions I had. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends!

Many thanks to Tim who efficiently and completely saw to the repair of my 2006 Mercury Mariner. I had not had an auto damage claim for 36 years. Was leaving a storage center - always pulled in - this time backed in - and when driving out the door didn't go down. Unfortunately I decided to do a good turn and pull over - go into the side door and lower the door. Because I backed in - I didn't see the fire hydrant right outside the storage building door. When I tried to pull over - CRUNCH! the right bumper cracked and the turn signal broke! Tim was great, I was able to get to work, he kept me updated and I retrieved my car, clean, repaired good as new. Tim and staff were very efficient with a nice attitude

We all know how bad car accidents are but Gerber really does make them better in so many ways. First they pick up the car for you so you don't have to make any extra phone calls. Second, they keep both you and the insurance company informad on the damages, time it will take to fix, and how much it will cost. Third, they call every few days to keep you up to date. Forth, they offer to take care of returning the rental for you. Fifth, they go that extra mile...if something needs fixing while they are working on your car, they do it at no cost to you. (they fixed my left turn signal) All of these things helped me to relax. My car looks great and drives great. Thanks Gerber.
