My car was fixed very quickly and looks great. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did the exterior of my car look perfect, the detailing inside was wonderful and a nice surprise.

Mr David Martinez needs an ovation for the courtesies he exended to me in regards to the repair of my Acura TL. He very patiently answered my frequent questions. The actual repair looks fantastic. Great job everyone! My son Robert had his Jeep Grand Cherokee repaired at your's also to his entire satisfaction. My Buick Park avenue had repairs done too, years ago. Great job done. Happy New Year! I want to say the at job Chris Freihaut did was EXCEPTIONAL! He is passionate about what he does. He communicated well with me and was genuinely nice about everything that was going on with my car. He went above and beyond customer service. Kudos to Chris and the staff and Gerber on Halsted!!

I want to let you know that I had excellent service from Gerber for the repair of my 2005 Honda Accord. Everything was professionally handled in a timely fashion. Specifically, Chris Freihaut did an outstanding job of communicating with me about each aspect of the repair - he was knowledgeable and extremely friendly throughout the process. Further, Chris really made me feel that Gerber had my best interests in mind, and I felt very comfortable with my experience at Gerber. Additionally, Lauren Cole did an equally excellent job with the rental car process, the paperwork and the payment process. I was introduced to Sam Rihani within minutes of coming through the door. He walked me through the entire process of repair for my car and I went from being very upset about the damage to relaxed and reassured within minutes. I knew immediately that I had chosen the right place to have my car repaired. In addition, my car was repaired in a timely fashion. I would without a doubt recommend Sam and Gerber.

Had to have two rear view mirrors replaced in a couple of weeks-both the customer service rep/receptionist and especially the Estimator --David Martinez --were very helpful, gave me great information, were flexible/empathetic, and most importantly tried to get me the best price. It was good experience -given the circumstances of unexpected car repair.
