Chris Freihaut took care of me and was very professional. He seemed very concerned about my car and was very reassuring . I really appreciate how he handled my situation. Chris worked with the insurance company in Indiana and me and everything worked out quite well. I am very pleased with the workmanship done on my car too.

I recently was service by a Gerber Auto regarding a cllision that occurred in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. I am writing to advise you that your estimater James Heitzman went out of his way to assist me during a very trying time. Mr. Heitsman is a credit to your establishment. Because of your quality workmanship coupled with Mr. Heitsman's outstanding work ethic, I would recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to all of my friends and colleagues.

My wife and I were very pleased both with the repair on our 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis and the pleasent attitude of the staff. When we went to pick up the car my wife said "The car looks like new" .

I just picked up my van today. Jim Heitzman was very efficient, professional and friendly when he did my estimate. He then called to relate the progress and estimated completion date, and went over the completed repair with me. I was very happy with the great service. The bill came out less than estimated and the car was ready earlier than estimated.

On Dec 21st, 2010, late evening, while I was at a stop light, an approaching car from behind slid on some ice and hit my car, pushing me into the car in front. Luckily, nobody was hurt but my car sustained a lot of damage. I called Gerber in Skokie and brought the car in on the 22nd. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, which meant a lot because I still was rattled from the accident. My rep was David Martinez. Because it was so close to the holidays, i knew I would not get the car back for awhile, and David estimated it would probably finished the 2nd week in January. (There was about $3500 damage.) So, I was pleasantly surprised to get a call first thing in the morning on January 3rd, telling me that the car was ready! Not to mention all the calls in between, providing updates. I cannot express enough praise to everyone at the ... read more

Overall service (customer and vehicle) and communication from Raul Rodriguez was phenomenal. He was friendly and detail-oriented. Should I ever have a need for auto body work in the future, I will go back to Gerber Collision & Glass.

Rich at the South Elgin, IL Gerber Collision provided outstanding customer service. The estimate he quoted me was upheld. The service was done in a timely manner. He called me with updates as they came up. I would definitely use Gerber again, should the need arise, which I truly hope it doesn't!
