Did an excellent job of repairing Nancy's van. She was most impressed that you even washed the van before releasing it to us. Thanks.

I had my truck repaired last week my estimator was David Martinez and I really liked that he said he would call me on Tuesday and Thursday to let me know how the work on my vehicle was going and he did just that. When I received my vehicle I was very pleased with the work. Thank you!

Great service, very friendly. My car was fixed within an hour AND it was washed for me. That was a good surprise since it was on the list of things to do in the bitter cold. They treated my car like it was worth a million dollars. Thank you. It was a great experience overall.

David gave me excellent service and kept me informed on the progress of my car. That is one of the reasons I will recommend Gerber.

I was in an accident on my roadtrip here from RI. I had no contacts in Evanston and took my car here by word of my Insurance company (which isn't always the best) After just over 2 weeks my ca was returned in near mint condition! I had never seen it so white! On top of that the crew here gave me some great tips on where to go and what to do in the area. One of the guys left me with a great list of all of the best restaurant in Chicago and Evanston and a website to check more out on! I instantly felt welcome here. I would take my car here for any repairs in the future without a doubt!

I was assisted immediately upon my arrival and rec'd an estimate. I brought my car in for repair and it was repair and cleaned same day. I am very happy with the results and my estimator David Martinez was very attentive and providing a follow up call to see when I wanted to bring my car in for repair.
