The service provided everyone at this Gerber location was exceptional. I was keep in constant update regarding the status of my vehicle and had my vehicle returned a few days early in perfect (cleaner!) condition then it was when I last had it. Friendly and fast. Will defiantly use them again if needed in the future!

I've been living here for more than 20 years in the skokie area. Every time I've had an accident I always have taken my cars to Gerber. There service is just excellent.

I was recently in an accident with a co-worker which could have been an awkward situation; but Mark and Rich worked hard crunching numbers to give us both the best possible price for our repairs. Not only was the price right, but the service was amazing. When my husband and I took our car in for repairs, we were immediately greeted by friendly faces behind the counter. Mark & Rich both made sure our car was worked on immediately in an effort to minimize our rental car costs. The repairs were actually completed 24 hrs sooner than they originally estimated; and when I went to pick up my car on a bitter cold day, Rich warmed up my car for me while I completed the paperwork. I have to say I have never been so impressed with the professionalism and quality of work that I received at Gerber. They were outstanding from the beginning to the end. I actually got to meet the individual who worked on my jeep, Pete, and I have to say he is an artist with what he did to it. I would highly recommend them based on the quality of work and how professional they are.

I just yelped you and gave you 5 stars. I was sincerely impressed at every step of the process. The estimator, Raul, at the Lakeview location went out of his way to anticipate my every need including making reservation for a rental and gaining approval from my insurance company. I was most impressed when I picked up the car as it was spotless inside and out, truly looked like a new car.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Joe Swantek, the manager and his assistant. They were very courteous and helpful in getting my car fixed after a collision and the work they did on the car is totally impeccable.

Best service at a Body Shop I have ever received. Rental car location is convenient. They delivered my car when promise. The quality of the work is better than the dealership. I had a previous accident and I took my Ford Explorer to Ford. Ford did not use original parts and the quality of the work was poor. I would take my truck to Gerber again.
