Its always rough when you get into a car accident. Gerber had my car towed from the tow yard in less than twelve hours after the accident. And in less than a day they told me what was going on and how long it would take to fix. I also got three or four phone calls in the time it was there with updates on what was going on with my car. When i got my car they washed it inside and out and all the body work and paint was unnoticeable. Car accidents are never easy but Gerber made it a comfortable process. Thanks to everyone involved.

"Someone "rear-ended" me a few weeks ago. I took my car to Gerber on Skokie Blvd., in Skokie, IL. I can't say enough about that shop. I walked in and was greeted promptly with a smile from an employee named "Sam". Sam could not have been more helpful. He asked how he could help me. I told him about the accident and he directed me to Jim the "estimator. Jim gave me an estimate, scheduled an appointment and off I went. The repairs were done in a timely manner. I could see that pride was taken in the work they did and it was perfect. Sam, Jim, and everyone else were so kind, considerate, and helpful. I can't say enough about them. The repair was beautifully done, and below the estimate! But what was really nice was how they didn't simply clean the door and fender where work was done, they washed the whole car and VACUUMED THE INTERIOR. Holy cow, how nice! We were sorry to say goodbye to M & D Auto, and didn't think a chain that bought them out could compare. We are beyond pleased.

I spoke to several reps during my experience - and each person was helpful, friendly, patient, and kind. Thank you for going above and beyond and smoothing out and gently touching up a previous dent and scratch on my left rear door. Needed our bumper repaired when we got rear-ended. The repair went flawlessly and took less time than anticipated (1 day instead of 2).
