The service was exceptionally well done. Especially Jim, the estimator really took good care of all the details and make sure car looks like new. So I would definitely recommend all my friends to Gerber for repairs.

My adjuster Jim was very helpful in the process. I had a burglary that caused serious damage to my vehicle, breaking 2 windows and causing exterior/interior damage. Jim was thorough in the process and kept me up to date on the process of my repairs. I did have a few bumps in the road, but Gerber was fast to correct the errors. Jim and Dave were also very good with the walk through inspection of my vehicle, and I mentioned there was some glass left underneath one of the seats. Immediately the issue was resolved. This particular Skokie location offers top notch service and also keeps the customer informed. I always like to be informed even if things are going to take a bit longer to fix, and Gerber makes sure the customer is involved in the process. Also for insurance purposes they do photograph all of the problem spots, and they will show ... read more

Gerber estimated repair time approx. 1 hr so I decided to wait in lobby. True to estimator's word, work was completed in approx. 45 min. New outside mirror works just fine and loved the car wash!

My car was hit while parked and no one came forward to say they hit my car. On coming to Gerber David Martinez was very helpful in providing my estimate quickly during my lunch break from work and the repairs were also done very swiftly once the part came in. I was very satisfied with the consideration I received and will recommend Gerber to friends. I hope I do not have to come back but in the event that I should need repair service I would come back to Gerber.

I was concerned about Gerber being able to match the paint on my car and they did a masterful job. Some jerk hit my car in a parking garage and fled the scene. So I was very upset at even needing to have my car repaired but it looks "brand new" and I am extremely pleased with the service and the finished product.
