After I was rear ended I took my car into Gerber to have it repaired. I was so pleased with their professionalism and service. When I walked in I was greeted by Sam who assisted me with getting Jim to do the estimate. Jim immediately contacted my insurance company to make sure I would be able to get into a rental car that day instead of waiting the weekend. I was so impressed with the customer service I would deifintly reccommend them again.

I was involved in two accidents in one day. It was a snow storm and very stressful being out on the road. I was on my home just moments after second accident and drove by Gerber on Northwest hwy. It was 5:15 and I did not have an appointment. I stopped in very stressed out and Andi was an angel. She stayed late in the snow storm and took care of everything. She was kind and helpful and made a tough situation very easy and quick. She took care of every need I had down to setting up rental car to be ready and helped to set drop off. I had two seperate claims and estimates to manage with a fleet company car. Andi's professional and curtious attention to detail made me confident to recommend to my neighbor.......who's car I had hit on the way out in the morning.....this was accident 1. The shop I went to did a very good job and also were very helpful in meeting my schedule. Everyone was very friendly and met all my needs, like giving me a ride home when it was 8 degrees outside. I live in walking distance of the shop. I hope this is the review for the Visa card drawing.

Mark Wadzinski at the South Elgin, Illinois location provided above and beyond customer service. It has been about a year since I brought my auto in for repairs, and I was just recently having issues with the door and fender. Mark took great care of me and returned the car like new. My car was not only fixed but also vacuumed, painted, washed - the works. I really appreciate everything that he did, as I did not expect much at all (besides the door and fender repair). Thanks so much to Mark and all the workers at the South Elgin location. I would definitely refer a friend and/or family member to Gerber for any auto collision/glass repairs.
