The service from Gerber was outstanding. Raul Rodriguez in particular was great. He was attentive and kept me updated with the progress on our car. Our insurance company was a pain, but Gerber handled their end beautifully and helped keep the insurance company at arm's length. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and it looks like we have a new car. Highly recommend!

My wife recently was involved in an auto accident involving our Chevrolet Suburban. I contacted my insurance company (AMICA) and they recommended Gerber to repair the damage. I contacted the Gerber Collision Shop in Naperville, Illinois and spoke with the manager, Joe Swantek. To make a long story short, I now have our Suburban back, looking like new and am very pleased with the service that was provided to us. Mr. Swantek maintained telephone contact with us keeping us posted on the details of the repair. The job was finished in a very timely fashion, and the quality of the work is excellent. We are very happy with the work that Gerber did for us. If we ever need collision repair again (and I hope we will not), we will definitely go to Gerber in Naperville, Illinois.

During a blizzard, my car windows were destroyed by flying debris, and the interior was blanketed with snow. I had no prior experience with this degree of repairs, and I didn't know what to expect, but between Gerber and my insurance company, the process and repairs turned into a very pleasant experience. Friendly staff and quality work were much appreciated during such a frustrating ordeal. Thank you!

These days it isn’t that unusual to come away from a transaction or interaction with a company feeling like it was less then what it should have been. I just want to say thank you to both of you as your knowledge, courtesy and professionalism helped a great deal…..it’s nice to know there are still people who care enough about their jobs to do them the right way…….now, with what feels like a lot of irony, I hope I don’t have to deal with either of you again for some time to come. "I am writing to tell you about my very favourable experience with Gerber's Mr. Rick Koestner, the General Manager in Downers Grove IL. I drive a 1999 infiniti Q45 that I have maintained very well. As Rick related, it is not uncommon for someone to do what I did, back into my son's car parked at the end of the drive. Luckily the only damage was a 2 foot long back mark. I had tried, unsuccessfully, to remove this mark with rubbing compount. I asked Rick for an estimate to repair my bumper and when he saw it, he said "We can take care of that, let me grab some things". After the first attempt he said "I need to grab a dfifferent solution". He hustled back inside, and returned to completely remove the damage to my bumper. I had some minor paint and body damage after a collision. It was my first accident, so I didn't really know what to expect. They were recommended by my insurance company and were close to public transportation, so I decided to go with them. I'm very impressed with the quality of their work. Their customer assistance was excellent as well--very friendly! They also finished the work within 3 days, which was much appreciated. Heaven forbid I have another car accident, but I would definitely go back to Gerber if that were to happen.
