Very impressed with the service provided. I was kept up to date with the work in progress of the car and they delivered my car to me on time. Additionally they cleaned the car, inside and out. I am extremely impressed and will refer family and friends looking for repair work.

This past Tuesday, Gary helped me out with a simple headlight replacement. He honestly should teach classes on customer service. He was extremely nice, considerate, and made me want to come back to him with all my car issues. Great service!!!

My name is Gilda and I will go to Gerber Collision whenever I have to. In my opinion, Gerber is at the top of their game, the very top. The mechanic that worked with me was Sam. He kept me updated on a daily basis. He was so educated that I didn't have to ask him any questions. Once or twice, I needed to call Sam and he returned my calls within five minutes. The tow truck was here within five min utes,,,,,a flatbed. This may sound like a farce, however every word is true. Sam's tone never changed. He is a professional,couteous, and a gentlemen. Gerber Collision and Sam ROCK!!!

"After several months of delaying getting the bodywork done after my son tried to squeeze the car where it didn't belong we came to Gerber. We liked that they guarentee the lowest price, gave us a coupon since we couldn't claim insurance on this damage & they did a great job of squeezing our car in thier time slot (now that's the only sqeezing I want done to my car!). Four drivers and two cars makes our schedule tight. After sitting on the estimate and studying our schedules I called to see if they could fit me in. When I called them they took me right away and had it back to me in the time promised! We call it our "new car" now. The shop is conveniently located within walking distance of my home and I would use them again."

I had a great experience bring my car into the Schaumburg facility. i had some other damage that they found unrelated to why I brought the car in and they fixed it free of charge. I had a great experience the work that was done was great and can tell they used some care.

quick and positive update: the scratched car was taken over to Gerber, South Elgin – Rich Piegza reviewed the damages, on the spot, he buffed the damages out, didn’t charge a dime for it. case closed....

Hello, my name is Gilda Simon-Medley. Approximateley one month ago, my truck was hit in front of my home. The other driver didn't stop,and I was left with a damaged Envoy Denali XL. I was hurt even though my truck is a a material object, however it was mine. Sam from Gerber stepped in, dried my tears, and gave me his word that everything would be alright. Sam kept his word. I received a daily report from Sam. I was not a claim number, was a human being. Not only was Sam a true professional, he was pure gentleman. Gerber is the place to go. There were luxery vehicles there at the shop also. Sam returned every single call that I made to him. He is a very busy man, but never too busy for his customers. I am writing to let you know that I stopped by your Naperville location, and I must say I was really please with the service I received from Michelle. I came in with a minor problem, and they took care of the minor problem for no charge. And once again I must reiterate the service that I recieved from Michelle was top notch!! I will recommend this location to anyone for car repairs!

My experience was awesome, especially because of Andi Molina. She was extremely helpful and accomodating, and my repair looks great. If needed, I will definately go back to this store because of the fantastic customer service she provided.

Rich Piegza reviewed damage to a neighbor's car, which my 16 year old daughter had caused. After reviewing the damage, he noticed that it was repairable by just simply buffing the scratches out. He could have taken serious money from us, maybe even make it turn into an insurance claim, but instead he fixed it FOR FREE and made a bad situation become instantaneously postive!

Gerber is the best!!!!!!! I have never received service tlike that before. My car was ready in ONE day! They replaced my bumper and it's like new again! I didn't get a chance to enjoy the rental car, but that was OK. The young lady at the front desk was nice and had a pleasant attitude...something you don't find often in customer service. Marlon was also helpful and very informative!
