This is my second vehicle I have taken to Gerber Collision for repair. I usually have 1 to 2 cars a year that need repair work done. Previously I have used Carstar in Mundelein and I was happy to find a more ethical place to take my business. The previous company never stood behind any issues that came up from poor craftmanship. Bill Vojak is an asset to your company, he takes care of his customers and never tries to run away from a problem. He is the reason I will recommend Gerber to other people I know. Please let him know that the job he is doing is making peoples lives better and he is winning work for the Gerber company.

James Heitzman was professional and welcoming from the start. I told him I was trying to get estimates for the insurance company and he went right to work. Another company I went to seemed irritated by this request. He was very easy to work with and delt with the insurance company without problem. The repair was timely and well done. I would go back - hopefully I will not need to.

Jim was always in touch, letting me know the status of my car. It was very convenient not having to worry about returning the rental car. My car looks great!

From the moment I walked in your facility I was treated as if I were the only customer. Welcomed by the receptionist, and the estimator, explained the process, was given a rental car in and out in minutes. Repairs were completed a day sooner than promised, and on delivery It was explained to me the repairs that were done and the warranty. The car was cleaned and looked new. Thank you for the outstanding service.

Was given an estimate by Chris Freihaut who was very helpful in giving me information to consider for the repair and in arranging a rental car on site . He made follow-up phone calls and delivered a vehicle that was sparkling clean and well repaired on time. My husband and I were very happy with the end results and with the excellent service throughout the repair process. Many thanks to Chris, the repair crew, and counter staff for the great service. When we need future repairs we would not hesitate to bring our vehicle back and will highly recommend this Gerber location to family and friends.

Sam Rihani was great. Not only did he keep me informed about the progress of my repairs, he went the extra step when I needed help with a tire problem. The repairs to my Subaru Forrester were completed on time and to my satisfaction. I would definitely come back to Gerber if any repairs were needed in the future and I would recommend Gerber to anyone who needed repairs. Thanks for a job well done.

I had my car fixed at Gerber and the people there were all friendly and they said my car was going to be fixed by a certain date and it was fixed and I see no problems with what they have done.
