Very impressed and satisfied with repair work! It was done in a timely fashion, finished as promised even in the midst of the blizzard. Would recommend to anyone.

David was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. H explained the repairs which needed to be made and provided me with a written estimate. The work was done when promised and David graciously allowed me to store the car at Gerber while I was out of town. He is an excellent representative of Gerber.

I came in and got an accurate estimate, and the job was done on schedule. Great work, looks better than before the accident.

Incredibly AWESOME service!!! I cannot express my thanks enough. From drop off, rental car, quote and pick up of my car...super easy! What was being done was clearly explained to me via the telephone and emailed to me. They spoke directly to my insurance company so I was not bothered at all. The staff was very helpful, especially when I had to bring my toddler in with me. Smiles all around! Very clean shop as well. If I have to return (which I hope I never do) I will definitely go to Buffalo Grove Gerber!

BROUGHT CAR IN WITH FRONT END DAMAGE FROM A MINOR VENDOR BENDER. THERE WAS UNSEEN HIDDEN DAMAGE ON THE CAR AND I RECIEVED CALLS KEEPING ME UPDATED ON THE STATUS OF THE CAR AND THE REPAIRS BEING MADE. THEY EVEN MADE A SPECIAL TRIP TO GO AND GET A PART TO MAKE SURE I HAD THE CAR BACK IN TIME FOR A BUSINESS TRIP. A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE BY DAVID

I CAME IN WITH MY NEW CAR AFTER ONLY HAVING IT A FEW WEEKS AND THERE WAS OVER $10,000 WORTH OF DAMAGE. THE TEAM AT GERBER WORKED HARD AND AS FAST AS THEY COULD TO COMPLETLY RESTORE MY VEHICLE. THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB AND WILL HAVE MY FAMILIES BUSINESS FOR ALL THE CAR ISSUES WE WILL HAVE. GERBER GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND.

What a pleasure it was to deal with Gerber! Your employee Mike was very kind and considerate. So far, my bumper looks great. It was also nice that both the outside and inside of my car was cleaned, even the crumbs in the carseat! I would definitely recommend Gerber to my friends and family.

Not only Gerber did a good job to my car, also their customer service is top class. I don't wish to have a body repair to my car, if at all I have, my first stop would be Gerber.

Joe Swantek is very customer orientated; I received outstanding service and a truly accurate appraisal of my costs. I would refer anyone that wants top quality repair work at an affordable price to contact Gerber. Joe is very accommodating in terms of working with you to meet your needs.

"Our car looks "showroom new". We are very impressed with the quality and quickness of your work. Your staff, especially Andi, was extremely efficient and courteous. As you say in your commercials, "We highly 'wrek-ommend' Gerber Collision and Glass."
