I thought it was very thoughtful of Gerber to get me a rental car at their expense since i didn't not have rental insurance. Not to many places would of done that. Thank You.

After my accident, I went to five different collision repair shop for an estimate. I decided on Gerber based purely on gut feeling and the friendly staff that I initially dealt with. The price they quoted was very reasonable and they promised to finish the work in four days. They actually finished the work a day ahead of schedule and when I picked up my car I was quite impressed with the quality of the work. It looks as if the accident never happened and my old car looks nice again. I'm glad I gave them my business.

Great service, friendly, considerate, on time, excellent job, and best of all my car was cleaner upon return than it was when I bought it!

Fast quote. Courteous and professional. Quality job. Promised finish date made and kept. As a USAA member Gerber maintained their high standards. Very pleased with the treatment I got and the work done as promised.

Gerber in Glenview is the best body shop I have ever used. Not only are they professional but they provide the best customer service. Samantha and Tony were great. I did not have rental coverage on my insurance policy but they offered to pay for my rental car while my car was in the shop. They went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend their shop on Lehigh in Glenview. Definately use their establishment.

Gerber was amazing. They took care of everything for me including getting a rental car to their door. Their front desk person and my liaison, Chris Freihaut, were both very helpful and friendly. I would definitely be a repeat customer, if I have the unfortunate need for collision repair again.

This is not the first time that me or my family have had service from Gerber. We feel that the service is friendly and fast with everything looking great when we get the final product. David Martinez was very friendly, smiled thru out the time we talked and was very informative.
