I must admit I didn't expect them to finish the job on my car so quickly and efficiently. I had to go out of town expecting it was going to take 2-3 days, and they were complete after one day. Kudos to Tony Ashmore and his crew for getting the car fixed up and also to their receptionist Briana (sp?) for all of her phone call updates. I was indeed VERY SATISFIED with their work and professionalism!

This is Sam Ramachandran and I have recently used Gerber collision on Halsted for some work on my 07 Murano. I want to pass on my appreciation for your entire staff and organization at Halsted, particularly for Raul. Raul has been nothing but courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, pro-active and diligent to deal with. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate it near 10, as it is difficult to find a good service experience these days. He is a credit to your organization and keep up the good work! Best wishes, Sam
