The appearance of the car exceeded my expectations! I could not believe the cleanliness of the car and the attention to detail. The whole staff was terrific -- very customer-oriented, expecially Tony Ashmore, our Estimator. Tony said it would be done by Friday, and we just picked the car up on Thursday. Thanks again.

Another great experience with Gerber! Truly excellent customer service from Raul Rodriguez, and the work done on my car was very good. Lauren andSayra were so nice to work with as well, really helpful and pleasant. An additional note: I was quite happy that I was not told to leave my very well behaved dog outside this time around...a smart move in this dog-friendly neighborhood!

I had an amazing experience with Gerber. Considering the circumstances that brought my vehicle in, it was involved with a hit and run, they made it a little more bearable. The work they did was flawless, and it was done in a short amount of time. The car was given back when promised. I am very satisfied with Gerber and if I ever need work done again I will definitely come back!!! Thanks so much!

My 2000 Ford Ranger was in for repair due to getting rear-ended. Gerber did a great job. Gave me a rental for the three day period, and did a great job on the repair.

My mother backed into my car in our driveway and I brought it to Gerber in Skokie to have the large dent fixed. Besides saving me near $1,000 compared to another body shop, the crew at Gerber made the car look good as new within a week. James Heitzman, who I met on day one as the Estimator, kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, calling me every few days with updates and answering any of my questions. The crew even cleaned out my car, which was a pleasant surprise upon receiving it back. I will wholeheartedly recommend Gerber to anyone with any collision or body repair needs, and greatly appreciate the high quality and professional service. Thanks again!

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE HAD WORK DONE AT GERBER AND THEY TRULY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE AND THEY DO KEEP YOU UPDATED ON WHATEVER WORK IS BEING DOING ON YOUR VEHICLE. I NEVER ONCE HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT THE STATUS ON MY VEHICLE.

I would like everyone at Gerber or whomever reads this to know that I could not have asked for a better experience. The accident I was in, though unfortunate, was made easier by the peace of mind given to me by Gerber. Repairs were very well done and done in a timely manner. CUSTOMER SERVICE was 2nd to none and is a model for all companies to emulate. Raul, from Wrigleyville, was absolutely AWESOME! All of your staff that I came in contact with was great as well. I closed the garage door on the back bumper & it left a white streak which I didn't want anyone to see. David & Eric worked the scratch out gratis, thank fully as I didn't wish to admit my mistake to my family.
