Hi was referred by another customer and everything that was said has been confirmed to be true. I was highly amazed by the professionalism. My experience was great and everything was explained in a detailed manner. David Martinez was incredibly nice and helpful. Gerber should be proud to have an employee like him. Thank you

From the time I contacted Gerber to the time I picked my car up, customer was at its best. You kept me updated as to the status of my car every step of the way. In addition, the reception desk was so very helpful in assisting with the rental car return. When I say the work, I could not believe my eyes. My car was restored well above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!

This is my fourth time using Gerber and the service has been great every single time. This time Sam Rani did an excellent job of getting me in on the day I wanted and making sure the work was finished in 3 days, as I requested. He also came in under the estimate. Dealing with auto insurance claims can be the most frustrating experience, but Gerber has made it as smooth as possible each time. I would recommend them witnout hesitation.

Gerber Collision of Skokie is absolutely amazing! Service was PROMPT and PROFESSIONAL. I received my car within 3 weeks of the accident. Not only did they fix the accident damage, they also touched up little knicks around the entire car. It looks like a brand new car now! I would definitely recommend them to anybody in need of collision repair.

My 84 yr old mother was in a terrible accident resulting in $10,000 of damage. I was very concerned about the repairs and how safe the car would be after repairs were done. Rick walked me through the entire repair and contacted me frequently to let me know where repairs stand. I picked up the vehicle and my mother and I were floored! The car looks beautiful. They took the time to explain the repairs and I am confident now that my mother is safe! Thanks Gerber.
