My experience at Gerber (Crystal Lake location) was outstanding. I called on a Sat. morning and they allowed me to come in and drop my car off for repair following a minor car accident. I was dealing with Farmers Ins. (not my own) as the party who hit me was deemed 100% responsible. Enterprise dropped a car off for me while Gerber took care of the rest - an employee there even assisted me in removing a car seat and installing it in the rental. My car was ready on Monday afternoon. I parked the rental, stepped inside for a couple of minutes to sign off on paperwork, inspected the work done while someone once again assisted me with the car seat. A few minutes later, I'm driving home with my newly repaired car. The car was washed, buffed, vacuumed, and looked great. All the people I encountered at Gerber were friendly, professional and ... speedy. I would certainly come back and/or recommend this business to a friend. read more

I had a minor fender bender on Monday, dropped the car off Tuesday and had it back in perfect shape by Friday after work. I liked how everyone worked together, insurance & Gerber & rental car. There were no hassles, just fast, quality service.

Gerber Collision and Glass tops my list for auto body service. They brought my 10 yr old car back to new condition. Front office was neat, clean, with pleasant staff. The estimator Hiu Le was courteous, professional and through. He worked with me on a fair price and even Informed me of an available coupon. Communication was clear and. prompt. The work was done just as promised and in a timely fashion. Gerber gets my vote.

My car required repair to driver side doors, front bumper and rear quarter panel of 2005 Honda CRV as a result of accident. Outstanding customer service and communication from the Huron Street Gerber. I was always kept informed of estimates and actual work in terms of dollars and availability of the vehicle. The staff at this location is professional and courteous and the work on the vehicle itself is fantastic. My car looks like new!

I had my car in for repairs for an accident which the other party was paying for. Gerber did a great job with the repairs, with explaining everything to me, and with keeping me updated. It was also very convenient regarding the Enterprise rental car. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and friendly.
