"I can't say enough about the excellent service at Gerber. Brianna at the front desk is so professional and helpful. A special, big thanks go to Hieu Le who was just terrific through the whole repair. He called, kept me updated, helped with my rental and was just a pleasure to deal with. Hieu would call and let me know how things were going. If (when, but not too soon I hope)ever needed, I would ONLY have my car repaired at Gerber in Glenview. The staff is the best. Thank you, thank you! Car looks great! Thank you Hieu! All 10"s!!"

Rain water was seeping into my car from under the dashboard. The folks at Gerber (Evanston, IL) repaired the problem in a timely fashion. I found the folks at Gerber to be friendly and courteous and they took the time to explain the cause of the problem. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the fact that my auto was given a car wash. I would definitely recommend Gerber (Evanston) to my associates.
