This is the third or fourth time I've had my car in for repair at Gerber. The service has been first rate in each case, and we've been very pleased with the work. The staff has communicated clearly and consistently, and there have been no surprises. Most importantly, when there has been a delay or other small bump, the folks at Gerber have gone out of their way to accommodate us, and offered breaks on price or scope that was unexpected and generous. Every business should take a lesson from Gerber on what good customer service looks like. Thanks.

After my car was hit on the streets of Chicago, I came to Gerber to get a quote to fix the mirror that was dangling. They had my quote ready in less than 15 minutes, and I was very happy with the price I received. It was very very reasonable. The repair itself was done in 5 minutes, and the customer service I received throughout the entire experience will definitely have me returning to Gerber. Though hopefully, not in the foreseeable future. :)
