I wanted to take the time to let you know how impressed I was with Michael Mitsakopoulos at the Buffalo Grove, Il location. I had brought my car in just to have a spoiler painted and installed. I know 2 owners of body shops but I wanted to have the work done else where. It wasn’t a huge job but important to me. Michael made me feel like it was a very important job with his customer service. He kept me updated as to the process and time. He had the spoiler painted in 1 day and called me right away to have it installed. Michael had the employees do a little extra work on it to make it attach to my vehicle better. The paint was beautiful and it was a perfect match to the car color. With all said and done I could not be any happier with the service I received at you shop. Michael is a great asset to your company. As a business owner I ... understand how important it is to have people work for us that go above and beyond the job at hand. God willing I will never have an accident but even if I want accessories painted or do need body work done I will look no further then Gerber. Now a days with people just wanting to do the minimum possible to keep their job it is nice to see that there are still people who will work hard and impress you. Like I said for a small job you couldn’t tell, Michael’s professionalism as well as his knowledge was very impressive. I will recommend your company to anyone I know. My car came in shortly after a hit and run accident, which caused damage to the front quarter panel on the driver side and prevented the door from opening on my Kia Rio. It wasn't driveable before it got to Gerber's. After getting fixed, I can't recognize where my car was hit and it drives better than it did before the accident. Thank you so much for your time and the great work you did on my Rio. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

A great experience. From Gary Wilmoth who looked over my suv and gave me the estimate, to the update phone calls, and the wonderful friendly women at the front desk -- all were courteous, friendly, honest, and just all around helpful. I have not had excellent service like this in a long time. THANK YOU ALL.

I had a great experience with Gerber. They kept me well updated on my car and got it fixed in a much faster time than I could have imagined. I hardly noticed it was gone.

I have used a number of auto body shops over the year and by far Gerber provides the best service and turnaround on a car! In addition, the quality of the work was outstanding and their prices were 25% lower than the other quote I received. I would highly recommend Gerber!

The staff was very professional and friendly. My vehicle was ready the next day and the work looks great. The paint matched perfect and it looked as if the vehicle was never damaged. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone who needs any work done on their vehicle.

The Rockford office took my auto the same day they did the estamate. I was told that it would be done on late friday. And it was. They did excellent work. The paint matched.

Jim provides impeccable customer service; from the moment I arrived he helped ease some of the stress that looms around a bad car accident. I am still having some issue with the internal mechanics of my vehicle and Jim has still been extremely helpful in working with to ensure that my vehicle is back to 100%. The body work was completed in a timely manner and looks good as new.
