The staff at Gerber location in Glenview, IL are great. Unlikely me have to Gerber to get my car fix within 3 months, but Gerber always does a great job on my car. NO COMPLAINTS!!!

Most business do not have customer service, they offer personnel who remember rehearse lines. For instance, how much times have you've gone through the McDonald drive through and you where greeted by a prerecorded greeting? Most of the times the prerecorded greeting sounds more cheerful ,then the actually worker that is taking your order. Gerber did not hire employees to fill a job but has created family and team. It 04/22/2011 when I was introduce to Raul Rodriguez, he was my adjuster for my auto claim. He was very informative and patiently answers all my questions and concerns. He demonstrated more then customer service and went above and beyond his job. I'm happy to say that I had an amazing experience with Gerber Collision. Joe, the general manager, was so kind and genuine. His secretary, (I've forgotten her name but she was brunette) was awesome too. Both of them are extremely accommodating. My first 5 days of rental was paid for. The repair work was done by the end of that 5 days. I got my car back and it looked good as new. They even cleaned it. Everyone there was so nice and sincere, which is rare these days. Great experience. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I am very pleased with the work Gerber did to repair a dent in one of the doors of my car. The dent was in an area that had a design crease in the door which made the dent harder to repair. The finished work was excellent, no dent and the paint matched.
