I had two small chips on my rear bumper, and I made an appt. at Gerber to find out what I could do to fix them. Hieu Le took a look and offered to touch them up for free, or I could also have the entire bumper repainted. I am having them touched up, and if I decide that the bumper need repainting, this is where I will come. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. I will also tell everyone about the service I have received. If I ever do have a collision or need body work, I will definitely come here. I am so surprised and very pleased.

"I wanted to take a moment to send you a quick email regarding my experience at your shop this past week. I consider myself to be what one might call "a fanatic" when it comes to my car. It's a slightly unhealthy obsession, at least my wife thinks so; but suffice to say that I am extremely sensitive and extremely hard to please in all matters vehicular. I was recently the victim of a hit and run, which resulted in damage to the hood of my precious BMW. After much umming and ahhing, I brought it to Gerber Collision on the recommendation of Farmer's insurance. And boy, I am so glad I did. Your staff set me up with an appointment the very next morning, got me an estimate within 20 minutes of me walking through the door, supplied me with a rental vehicle so I could get to and from work; and had my beloved car back to me so ... quickly, that I didn't even have time to develop the expected separation anxiety. It was all a bit of a whirlwind really. The man who deserves all the credit for this is Raul Rodriguez. Perhaps he recognized the auto fanatic in me and figured I'd be good for repeat business. Whatever it was, it worked. I will be back. I have already written to him about several other items I want to get upgraded and I will have no hesitation in referring other customers to his care. I'm a fairly apathetic consumer and have to be either extremely pissed off or extremely impressed to bother writing a review. I think it's pretty obvious which one I am. I've dealt with so many rude people and charlatans in the automotive industry that I really appreciate it when I come across good people. Raul is one of those people. Thanks again to you all." read more

They made the experience painless. I work out of town with my car a lot and they were more than willing to work with my schedule. I was very happy with the work and have gone back for another simple "oops" since.

I was involved in a collision with another automobile. I was told by his insurance company to go to Gerber. I was highly impressed with their customer service and updates which they gave to me all the time. I was told it would be done on May 5th and I got a call from them and it was done April 29th. I went to pick it up and the work was fantastic. Thanks Gerber.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided. My car was ready a week early which saved me over $225.00 in rental fees. Tony, the manager kept me informed throughout the process, starting from when my car arrived at Gerber, the estimate, and when my car was ready. He cheerfully and professionally answered all my questions. He also explained the warranties, and various forms and coupons. The technician did a great job putting my car back together and cleaning it up afterward. My car hasn't look this good in a long while. Tony also went the extra mile by finding a new side mirror which I paid for myself as it was from a different incident. It only cost me $76.00 installed whic was a great price! The receptionist was couteous and professional both on phone and in person. I will definitely come back to Gerber as I have a few dents and ... scratches etc that need repair. I will recommend Gerber to family and friends. I took a few cards from Tony so I could spread the word. The Gerber collision commercial on the radio, the one with the song, helped me to recognize the Gerber name too. read more

Tony (the estimator) contacted me right away with the estimate. He was clear in his explanation of all the work that needed to be done. He contacted me again when the parts were complete and the work was done. I felt like I was "in the loop" the entire time.
