My overall experience was five stars! They not only completed the work when they said it would be ready but also did an incredible job on my Mercedes Benz E350 with the body work it needed on the passenger side along with the windshield replacement. I have to admit I was nervous dropping the car off but Rick the manager went out of his way to include a few things as a courtesy and even touched up a few scratches too. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done.

I had backed into a parked car at the local community center. It belonged to an 84 year old widow. Naturally I helped her get estimates and transported her back and forth for the minor repair, as total cost was less than my deductible. I scuffed my bumper in the process, but no repairwork was needed. They offered to buff out my scuff marks when we dropped off the other car for repair. Took about 5 mins and my car looks good as new! Thank you Gerber (Andi)!! You truly delighted a customer today and that is excellent customer service!!

The estimate process was a breeze. I sent my wife in who was concerned she would not understand anything. She came home and was very satisfied with that service. I dropped the Jeep Commander off on Monday the 2nd and got it back the very next day!! The paint looks wonderful and the body repair is excellent. however I did notice one spot where the body filler is not perfect, almost like they missed a spot. I would like to get that taken care of, however it is not an immediate issue. Also, I was in need of a car since I was not informed when I bought this vehicle they did not transfer my rental coverage. You guys took care of that no questions asked. I would, will and DO recommend you guys to friends and family. Thank you again for the wonderful service!!!
