He was very friendly let me know exactly how the process would go as far as what would be done, how long it would take and helped me as well with the rental car process. Extremely friendly and was glad that he was there the day I came in. Made my day very easy and pleasant.

David Martinez did a great job handling a minor repair to my call. They also expedited it for me to coincide with business travel plans and thus avoid the need to rent a car while being repaired. He even offered to drive one of my cars home so tht my wife and I didn't hae to spend additional time arranging to pick it up. Nice!
