I heard the ads on 101.9 Eric and Kathy, so when someone ran into my car I immediately thought of Gerber. Stan was great! I received an estimate immediately, made the appointment for repairs and brought in my car. I love that Gerber has a rental car facility on site. That makes everything so much easier. Thanks Gerber for making my collision repairs so easy!

I was totally satisified with the work done on my car. Mike could not have been more helpful with a small problem that occurred after the car was returned from the dealer to reset some sensors. He would not give up until he resolved the problem. This office not only is run professionally but with great customer care.

I received wonderful service from Ed at the Downers Grove location. Shortly after getting my car worked on I started smelling gas/fumes in the car, especially when the car was sitting idle. When I called and spoke with Ed he suggested I bring the car right in so he could take a look. When her first looked at my car, he wasn't able to find anything wrong with the exhaust, but I insisted there was truly something wrong wtih my car. He kept looking and finally found that when I had recently gotten an oil change, the oil change place did not replace the oil cap properly and there was oil sputtering on my engine, causing the smell. Ed was nice enough to check and see if I needed oil and the manager of the front of the house suggested I have the engine cleaned to prevent dust build up. They were so friendly and helpful even though the issue had ... nothing to do wtih the job that was done by their employees. I truly felt like they went the extra step to ensure that one of their customers was well taken care of. read more

I have had 2 Lexus SUVs repaired at this site and have been extremely satisfied both times. The employees are most helpful and my cars were returned to me like new. Also, they work hard to deliver your car as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone.

Unfortunately for me, I have had to visit Gerber twice in the last month due to a run of bad luck. However, the whole crew at the Schaumburg location has done a stellar job both times I have have needed work done and have made my car seem like new on both occasions. Jim Pohlman kept me informed on the progress of my repairs, and made sure I was taken care of. In my opinion, there is no other place for me to go in the future and I will refer all that I can to Gerber. Thanks again.
