James Heitzman was very pleasant to work with when I needed him. He was thorough and professional on the inspection, and remained so during the repairs. He also made sure I didn't wait around for any of those repairs to be done. Everything that was promised was delivered, and I am very happy with the overall service and respect that was given to me here at Gerber.

Great service-- thanks so much. Your estimator, Jim Heitzman, made the process of getting my car fixed fast and painless. Communication was outstanding and the car was ready sooner than I had expected or requested, so that was a burden I didn't have to worry about. I greatly appreciate your professionalism in every aspect. This is not the first time I have brought a car here for repair, and it definitely will not be the last!

This was the second time I have used this facility. I cannot praise the service I received too highly. Work was done as promised, on time. I was asked if I wanted to wait and was told it would take about one hour. I decided to wait and at one hour and five minutes it was done. You can't beat that.

I stopped today since I hit a wall in my garage to avoid another obstacle. Mr. Tim Dulin assited me with determing what I needed to repair the side. Since I am contemplating the sale of my Honda I did want to spend alot of money, He understood my dilemma and was able to buff it out. He did it within 15 minutes, I realized how nice customer service can be. Thanks Gerber.

Raul Rodriguez handled my repair, and I was very pleased with his efficiency, courtesy and detailed explanation of what needed to be done. If your feedback scale allowed a 12 instead of a 10 as the maximum, I would gladly give Raul a 12. All my contacts with the employees at 3425 N. Halsted in Chicago were friendly and efficient. The repair job is of excellent quality, and I can highly recommend Gerber.
