My husband and I were very please when we received our car back before the time frame that was told to us. The update telephones we received on a regular basis informing us of the progress made. Not to mention that the car was like brand new, if I had to give a rating it would be 100% across the board for everything in every area. This was our 1st time using Gerber and we are very please and we will recommend other to use you. Keep up the good work!

On May 6th, my day started off very bad with a hit and run accident on my car. I have been to Gerber before and thus immediately called my insurance company and went to Gerber, whereby I was greeted by Stanford Berry. I have to say that he was very professional and courteous. He had inspected my car and began to work on an estimate, arranged for a rental car and made my day a lot better then it started out. I called Stanford a couple of times to see how repairs were going, he returned my calls, gave me a date in which my car would be ready and made everything so easy. I cant speak enough about Stanford in the way I was treated. Thank you Gerber for having someone like Stanford who made my misfortune seem alot better. He is the best. The car was repaired perfectly, as always. Kudos to everyone and thank you Mr. Berry

Sad to say but this was not my first time using Gerber. After my car was hit, because of the wonderful service and quality of work I had received before, Gerber was the first to come to mind. When I brought my car in Jim helped me and as before the service was great. Jim's was awesome and is an asset to Gerber.
