Raul was fantastic! Every time I called to ask a question, he quickly made himself available. When I picked up the car, we talked for 5-10 min not just about the repair, but about preventing the incident from happening again. Needless to say, that none of that would matter if the work weren't quality, but it was TOP NOTCH. Many thanks to the guys and gals at Gerber!! Excellent work and excellent people.

The service I received was excellent. David Martinez was very helpful in providing an estimate for the vehicle repairs. The repairs were done in one day and the car looks like it was never damaged. The added benefit of the warranty on repairs makes doing business with Gerber all the more a great experience.

Great Service!! Farmers claim was on file when I walked in the door. My estimator Jim said I should probbly rent a car for a week. that day he called and said they would have car done in 2 days. Awesome. Morning of 2nd day got a call that car was ready. Top notch service. As a result I will use Gerber for all my future needs.

My Jeep Grand Cherokee was hit a traffic light. My insurance company connected me with Gerber for the repairs. Elise was very helpful. She took great care to gather my information and explain the process that would get me back into my Jeep. She called each day to let me know where my Jeep was in the process. Would I recommend this shop to others, YES!

"Being in an auto accident is traumatic enough; however, being in an auto accident that I had no part in causing is bothersome and time consuming----making arrangements for a rental car, repair arrangements, etc. Gerber made this all so easy and "painless." Arranging for a rental was convenient, and upon receiving my finished car, I was very pleased with the "like new" repairs! Added bonus---my car was ready days earlier than first quoted. Paul was a real professional in evaluating the damage, explained to me throughly the way with which the repairs will be done and an appropriate time frame of job completion. Enterprise Car Rental next door was equally as efficient and professional with the way they dealt wtih me. Jen is to be commended with her help as well.

The customer service I got at Gerber was outstanding. I had no issues, I was called every day with updates and I was informed about everything that was being done to my car. When I came to pick up my car, I have to say it looked great! They did a very good job at repairing everything and buffing out the tar. Hugh was very nice and helped out a great deal. He even stayed late so that I was able to come and get my car.
