On March 31, it started raining heavily. I rolled up the driver's side window, but it came off the track and I couldn't roll it back up. I drove to the shop in La Grange, Illinois. The manager and a mechanic were able to fix the window and close it, preventing the rain from entering the car. I want to express my gratitude for their courteous and professional assistance. They have done a great job for me.

I was very happy with repairs and communication. I had no issues whatsoever and communication was excellent. I had no issues because insurance paid Gerber directly as a preferred shop but my only concern would be for someone who was paying for repairs out of pocket as the final invoice was considerably higher than the original estimate. This was my first collision repair so maybe that isn't unusual.
