I couldn't be more pleased with the service and repair my damaged truck received at Gerber. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give Gerber a 10 on every aspect of the repair/service. I was well-communicated with, the vehicle was ready when promised, the repair was perfect, and they even cleaned the inside of the truck. Gerber/Belvidere is the best!

My Toyota Avalon was damaged from a construction site. The damage was most of the front end of the car. The folks at Gerber were very good at finding all the spots and repairing them and painting all the necessary items. Some of the items they found on their own and took care of them after calling me. Very pleased with their work. They were very easy to work with.

Gerber C&G, Downers Grove location was fantastic. From start to finish they communicated with me via text message telling me where they were in the process of repairing my fleet vehicle. Staff were very friendly and professional. Detailed interior and washed it also. Maybe this is the norm for them, but I was not expecting it. Nice surprise.

Mr. S is not only an estimator he truly cares about his customers, and takes his time in explaining what's going to be done with your car.
