Thank you for your prompt and attentive service. I live in the neighborhood and this--coupled with the Enterprise across the street--made the whole experience EASY!

Jim provided expert care and advice to ensure the safety of my family and repair my vehicle. Jim and Jennifer arranged for a ride to my office and the provision for a rental car. They kept me informed through out the repair process and delivered my repaired car in a timely manner. I also interacted with the guys in the shop and they were also very helpful. The Gerber team in Schaumburg provided great and friendly customer service and I would certainly recommend Gerber to others. Thanks guys!

We recently used Gerber to repair our scratched bumper and the service we received was appreciated. As a result, we have taken our other car in to have some work done. Everyone was really friendly and helpful.

Sam Miller did a fantastic job at having the car fixed. It looks like brand new. Dave Martinez did an excellent job at estimating the cost. I am extremely pleased with the work and the time taken for the job. I would recommend this shop for any repairs.

David was extremely knowledgable and considerate from the moment I stepped in the door. He kept me up to date with the progress on my car. He was able to offer the financial assistance through the no interest program. Without his knowledge and help, I would have been stuck without a car.

It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with James Heitzman as the estimator for the auto body work for my car. James is professional, informative, and knowledgeable of the entire process for having body work taken care at your facility. He is a gentleman and very courteous. James kept me informed of the status of my car at all times. I find James to be a positive asset to the Gerber o+rganization.

Professional service when I walked into the Schaumburg location. Jim Pohlman gave me a full explanation on how they would handle my repair plus he followed up with me the next day to give me a status. They originally thought the work would take a week and my car was finished in 2 days. Great service and great repair.
